I apologize for the delay in fixing the problems with After Silence. I contacted customer support for Invision Power Board several times and I'm waiting to hear back from them.

Re: Kalonice

I'm really mad at the costumers' support. I know everyone is upgrading so they are full of support requests, but the only thing that is preventing AS from working is a bug for which they have a fix and would take them 10 minutes to fix it! After 12 hours I sent another request, and now it has been 9 hours without any response. I don't want to send another request because of the way their support system works.

Basically they start with the requests that are at the bottom, meaning that they start with the ones that had no "action" in the most hours and go up from there. Right now I'm in the "9 hours since last action" queue, and if I send them a complain my request loses the 9 hours priority because my request would count as an "action." I don't know if that makes any sense, but that's the best way I can explain it.

I'm SO annoyed; it would take them 10 freaking minutes to repair the bug!!

Re: Kalonice

how frustrating!! by the sounds of it, it's not "costumer support," it's costumer "nonsupport." on the plus side, it looks like the board is going to be pretty when it's up and running again.

Re: Kalonice

Yeah, your explanation makes sense. Stupid customer support. ARGH! *insert little hammer guy here*

Though, I must say, I am getting a giggle out of "costumer" support. I keep imagining people coming 'round to fit us all for costumes. Can I be fitted for a princess costume, please? ;)
